I recently had the pleasure of staying at a temple in Koyasan for the second time, and this hotel was even better than my previous stay. The room I was provided with was incredibly spacious and double the size of my first room, with a private toilet and a lovely view of their garden. The hotel was located on a quiet road, and the double glazed windows ensured a peaceful and restful stay. I also appreciated the attention to detail in serving dinner in a separate room, as it prevented any unwanted smells from permeating the bedroom. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay.
Everything was just perfect.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the location offered a peaceful atmosphere with a beautiful view of the second garden.
Everything was absolutely fine, no complaints.

The temple stay was a unique experience, offering spacious and peaceful rooms with private toilets, comfortable beds, and a heater. the food was vegetarian and included a variety of dishes and an interesting experience. the friendly monks added to the comfortable and homely atmosphere and also showed the guests around the temple and explained morning chanting.
The communal shower times were restrictive and some guests missed their chance, leaving them with no shower.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. the room was incredibly spacious, much larger than what I had anticipated. It even had a private toilet, which was a definite plus. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive. The staff went out of their way to ensure that everything was clean and tidy, and I really appreciated that. Lastly, the breakfast provided was outstanding. It was a delicious and hearty meal that kept me satisfied throughout the morning.
All in all, everything was more than satisfactory.

The food was good and there was a nice hot bath to relax in after a long day. the room was spacious and had a decent heater. the location was convenient for exploring nearby attractions.
Little English was spoken which made communication difficult. the staff didn't accept credit cards, which wasn't mentioned on the website and we were caught without enough cash.
